No person shall discharge any apparatus known as a "paintball gun or device" including any air gun, pellet gun, or any other instrument which propels projectiles upon or across any state, county or municipal road or highway or within 450 feet of any public buildings, parks, grounds, private dwellings or other buildings used for human habitation within the Township.
