The City of Vienna Employees’ Retirement Plan which incorporates the original agreement for employees of the Water and Sewer Departments dated February 15, 1964, as revised to include other employees, and as amended on January 25, 1973, July 25, 1974, and January 9, 1975, was approved by Council on February 26, 1976. Interested parties may consult the Recorder for information pertaining to such Plan.
Pursuant to a resolution passed on December 11, 2014, Council adopted the “Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual” a copy of which is on file at City Hall.
