§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99 accompanied by a fine of $150.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of § 52.01, for each such offense, shall be subject to imposition of a fine up at a maximum of $500, and community service up to 20 hours for the town.
   (C)   Any person(s), after being duly notified, who continues to be in violation of § 52.02 shall be subject to a $50 fine for the first offense and a $200 fine for each subsequent offense. Fines are to be assessed by, and made payable, to the town.

   (D)   (1)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.15 through 52.23 shall be guilty of a municipal ordinance violation punishable by a municipal fine of $50 for the first offense, $200 for the second offense occurring during the same calendar year, and $50 for each subsequent offense occurring during the same calendar year.
      (2)   Fines are to be assessed by, and made payable to, the town. All monies collected under §§ 52.15 through 52.23 shall be deposited into the Trash Fund of the town.
      (3)   In addition to the fine imposed by division (C)(1) above for the violation of any provision of §§ 52.15 through 52.23, the householder shall also be liable to the town for all damages and expenses incurred by the town by reason of such violation in a civil action brought for such purpose.
