§ 71.99 PENALTY.

   (A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not provided shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $20 nor more than $100. Each day a violation continues shall be considered a separate offense.

   (B) Whoever violates §§ 71.01, 71.02, 71.03, 71.04 and 71.07 shall be fined $15.

   (C) Whoever is found guilty under §§ 71.15 through 71.20 shall be fined not less than $20 for each violation.

   (D) Any person who violates § 71.25 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $100, or imprisoned for not less than ten days nor more than 30 days. (KRS 189.751(1))
