§ 71.15 TITLE; AREAS AFFECTED BY REGULATIONS; PURPOSE.
   (A) This subchapter shall be known as Parking in the Old Historic Business District which is defined as follows:
      (1) Main Street, bounded on the north by the Green Street intersection, and on the south by the Morgan Street/Rose Hill intersection;
      (2) All of Court Street; and
      (3) Lexington Street, bounded by the Main Street intersection on the west, and the Locust Street intersection on the east, and extending four additional parking spaces on the North side of Lexington Street heading East from the Locust Street intersection; provided, however, that the parking spaces on the west side of Locust Street shall not be subject to the two hour parking limitation contained in this section.
      (4)   Locust Street, bounded by Lexington Street on the north and Morgan Street on the south.
   (B) The City Council, recognizing the need to regulate the parking of vehicles on the city streets, so as to enhance the old historic appearance of the downtown area, has enforced the following sections in this subchapter.
