(A) No person shall leave a vehicle upon a city street or city right of way, to include the area between the street and sidewalk, under circumstances indicating an abandonment. A vehicle left upon a city street or city right-of-way, to include the area between the street and sidewalk, for seven (7) consecutive days shall be presumed to be abandoned. For purposes of this chapter the term city street shall also refer to a city parking lot.
(B) Conditions that would indicate an abandonment are to include expired registration, flat tires, or other indications that the vehicle is inoperable.
