Any person who violates the provisions of § 50.51, who fails to carry out the duties and responsibilities imposed by § 50.51, or who impedes or interferes with any action undertaken or ordered pursuant to § 50.51 shall be guilty of a violation. Any person who violates the provisions of § 50.52, who fails to carry out the duties and responsibilities imposed by § 50.52, or who impedes or interferes with any action undertaken or ordered pursuant to § 50.52 shall be guilty of a violation and be fined up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) per day.
