§ 94.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates § 94.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (B)   Anyone violating either the state watercraft laws or the rules and regulations established by the Mayor and Safety-Service Director under § 94.15, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, and/or whoever violates any provision of §§ 94.16 or 94.17, or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto, shall forfeit his or her right to recreational boating and/or fishing upon the reservoirs. Anyone using the reservoir for boating or fishing after they have been notified that they have forfeited their rights upon the reservoir shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor if a first offense and a fourth degree misdemeanor upon any subsequent offense.

   (C)   Whoever violates any rule or regulation of the State Department of Natural Resources, Division of Wildlife, shall be fined not more than $100.

   (D)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 94.30 or 94.31 shall be fined not more than $100.

   (E)   Whoever violates § 94.32 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on the first offense; on a second offense, such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; and on each subsequent offense is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
