(A) Motor vehicle is defined in this section as any vehicle propelled or drawn by power other than muscular power.
(B) No motor vehicle shall be driven or parked on the property of the city reservoirs, except as provided in the following subdivisions:
(1) Vehicles on a proper driveway or parking area;
(2) Authorized city vehicles while performing official functions; and
(3) Motorized wheelchairs or other similar items used for the assistance of handicapped persons.
