(A) City parks shall be closed during the following hours:
(1) Memorial Park 10:00 p.m. to 6:00a.m.
(2) Fountain Park fka 3rd Ward Park 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(3) Jubilee Park 11:00 p.m. to 6:00a.m.
(4) Smiley Park 11:00 p.m. to 6:00a.m.
(5) Rotary Soccer Complex 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
(6) Rotary Park 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (except for fishing activities only)
(7) Reservoir Boat Launch 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (except for fishing activities only)
(B) No person shall be on the premises of the city parks, described in division (A), during the above stated hours without obtaining the permit described in division (C).
(C) Any person or group of persons with a legitimate interest in remaining on city park property during the hours that the parks are closed may apply to the Safety-Service Director for a written permit authorizing the applicants to remain on the city park property during specified hours while the parks are closed. The application for the permit shall be made in writing 72 or more hours prior to the date of use of the permit. The application shall state the names of the applicants, the nature of the function, the time extension requested, and the name of the park at which the function will occur.
