§ 94.15 RECREATIONAL BOATING AND FISHING.
   (A)   Recreational boating and fishing shall be allowed upon the water reservoirs owned by the city subject to the rules set forth in this section.
   (B)   All boating shall be in compliance with all state watercraft laws. Rules and regulations regarding the use of the reservoirs for boating and fishing shall be established by the Mayor and the Safety-Service Director.
   (C)   All boats must have a boating permit, which shall be effective for a 2 year period at a cost of $20.
   (D)   No gasoline motors shall be operated on the city reservoirs.
   (E)   No boating shall be allowed on the Smiley Park pond.
   (F)   Fishing at the Smiley Park pond is allowed only during park hours.
   (G)   If required by law, all persons fishing must have an Ohio Fishing License.
