(A) Criteria. The following criteria shall be used by the Administrator in evaluating the proposed subdivision. It shall be the burden of the applicant to demonstrate that submittal material and the proposed subdivision comply with each of the following standards, or demonstrate that one or more of them is not applicable, or that a practical solution consistent with the public interest has been achieved:
(1) Compliance with all requirements of Title 12, “Zoning Regulations”, of this code;
(2) Conformity to approved plans; and
(3) Accurateness and integrity of the survey data found on the plat.
(B) Necessary findings. The Administrator shall find that the single-family subdivision complies with the criteria in subsection (A) of this section and that the plat conforms with the requirements of § 13-9-1(B)(2) of this chapter.
