§ 13-3-1 REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURES.
   The following submittal requirements and procedures apply to a major subdivision proposal.

§ 13-3-2 CONSULTATION REQUIRED; PRELIMINARY REVIEW.
   The first step in the process for a major subdivision is for the applicant to request a meeting with the Administrator to assist in meeting submittal requirements, address related zoning issues and generally give the proposal a preliminary review.
