The license issued under Sections 717.05 to 717.20 of a person violating any of the terms or provisions of Sections 717.02 to 717.20 or any other provision of the Codified Ordinances or other ordinance of the City or State law or any rule or regulation promulgated by the Mayor, as authorized by Section 717.04, having relationship to bowling alleys, may be revoked by the Director. Written notice of the revocation shall be delivered or mailed to the address of the licensee in question as specified in the application for the license.
