No owner, operator, proprietor, manager or person in charge or control of a bowling alley shall operate the bowling alley, or knowingly cause or permit the bowling alley to be operated or used between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. on any weekday or during the hours on Sunday when the operation of a bowling alley is prohibited by State law.
