§ 53.10 CONSUMER PROHIBITED FROM DISCONNECTING OR INTERFERING WITH SERVICE.
   (A)   No user shall turn the water on or off at the curb stop. All service lines shall have a stop placed between the meter and the consumer's first service outlet for the purpose of draining water lines and making repairs.
   (B)   Any person interfering with a curb stop, valve box, or hydrant will be held responsible for any resulting damage.
