§ 53.08 ADDITIONS TO EQUIPMENT; NOTICE TO CITY REQUIRED.
   The service connections, meters, and appliances supplied by the City Waterworks have a definite capacity and no substantial addition to the water consuming equipment or appliances connected to that equipment shall be made except upon written consent by the City Waterworks.
