It is unlawful for any person owning, occupying or using any vehicle, trailer, camper, or other recreational vehicle within Bellwood to drain, pour, spill, or otherwise discharge any sewage or untreated wastewater on the ground or into any surface water of Bellwood. (Ord. 0-97-52, 10/22/97)
