§ 9.40.010 Daytime speed limit.

   Between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., the speed of freight and passenger trains operating through the city limits shall not be greater than 35 mph.

§ 9.40.020 Nighttime speed limit.

   Between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., the speed of any trail shall not be greater than 60 mph) while operating through the city limits.

§ 9.40.030 Duty to maintain crossing lights.

   All persons owning, operating or controlling any steam railway, engines or cars propelled by steam and whose tracks cross Tulare, Kern, K and L Streets in the city are hereby required to maintain each of the crossings of Tulare, Kern, K and L Streets, at least a six ampere incandescent arc light.
