No person shall ride or drive any vehicle, bicycle or motorcycle along or upon the sidewalks in the city. The word
VEHICLE, as used in this section, shall not be construed to include invalids’ chairs, baby carriages or small vehicles commonly used for small children; provided, that coasters are hereby declared to be street vehicles and are hereby excluded from sidewalks within the Fire District as established by this code.

No person shall obstruct the free and uninterrupted passage in, upon, along or through any public street of any funeral cortege or procession, or obstruct, impede or prevent the passage of any person attending the conveyance of the body of any deceased person to place for holding services thereover, or to a place of interment or cremation. All corteges or processions as herein described shall be properly equipped with small stickers designating the same as a funeral cortege or procession.

No person riding upon any coaster, bicycle, motorcycle or similar vehicle, or while wearing roller skates shall take hold of or attach himself or herself to any vehicle, or anything attached to the vehicle when the vehicle is in motion; provided, that this section shall not be construed to prohibit the towing of disabled vehicles.
