CHAPTER I.
NAME
Sec. 1. Municipality continued; name specified.
The municipal corporation now existing and known as the City of Tucson shall remain and continue a body politic and corporate in name and in fact, by the name of City of Tucson, and by such name shall have perpetual succession.
Sec. 2. Rights and liabilities continued.
The City of Tucson shall remain vested with and continue to have, hold and enjoy all property, rights of property and rights of action, of every nature and description, now belonging to pertaining to it. It shall be subject to all the liabilities that now or may hereafter exist against it.
