§ 92.51 RECKLESS DISCHARGE OR USE PROHIBITED.

(A) It is unlawful for any person to discharge or use fireworks in a careless or reckless manner which creates a substantial risk of death or physical injury to another person or damage to property of another.

(B) Violation of this section is subject to the penalties set forth in § 92.99 in addition to any other sanctions provided by law.
