Kinds of outdoor burning allowed:
(A) Lawn maintenance or land-clearing waste (not including prohibited materials);
(B) Construction debris (not including prohibited materials); and
(C) Recreation, ceremony, cooking or warmth (not including prohibited materials).

Materials prohibited from burning at any time (including, but not limited to):
(A) Domestic waste;
(B) Bulk waste;
(C) Construction or demolition debris that contains prohibited materials metal wiring, shingles or other asphaltic or petroleum based products;
(D) Chemical waste;
(E) Potentially explosive materials such as batteries and aerosol cans;
(F) Asphalt materials such as shingles;
(G) Rubber products (natural or synthetic) such as tires, electrical wiring insulation;
(H) Fiberglass products;
(I) Glass products or containers;
(J) Metal cans or containers;
(K) Plastics;
(L) Oil products such as heavy oil, machine oil, motor oil, transmission fluids and the like; and
(M) Any petroleum-based products not specifically identified above.

The Mayor, or his or her designee, after consultation with the City Police Chief and/or the County Emergency Services District #4, is hereby authorized and directed to execute an emergency order to ban all outdoor burning within the corporate city limits and its extra-territorial jurisdiction. The emergency order shall be in writing and effective on the date issued. The emergency order shall be placed on the next scheduled City Council meeting agenda for rescinding or continuation.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(C) The regulations and restrictions in §§ 92.65 through 92.69 shall be controlling in the areas governed. Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 92.65 through 92.69 is guilty of a separate offense for each day during which the violation is committed, continued or permitted, and is punishable by a fine not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law, for each offense.
(D) In addition to forfeiture (§ 92.46), the applicant may be subject to a fine not more than the maximum amount permitted by state law a day for each and every day following the tenth day after the end of the sales period for failure to remove the temporary stand, or for each and every day following 24 hours after the end of the sale period for failure to clean up all debris.
