The City Police Chief, or other designated official, of the city is authorized to enforce all provisions of this subchapter and, in addition to criminal sanctions or civil remedies, may revoke any permit issued pursuant to this subchapter upon any failure or refusal of by the permit applicant to comply with the lawful orders and directives of the City Official or designee, or to comply with any provisions of this subchapter or the requirements of the community development code relating to temporary structures. Coordination with the local fire department is encouraged.
