Each seller's permit issued under this subchapter shall be for only one retail outlet. The number of seller's permits shall not be limited as long as all conditions are met as stated in §§ 92.42 and 92.45. Each seller's permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid only for the current calendar year, shall be used only by the designated permittee and shall be nontransferable and non-refundable. Each public display permit issued pursuant to this subchapter shall be valid for the specific authorized public event only, shall be used only by the designated permittee and shall be nontransferable. Any transfer or unauthorized use of a permit is a violation of this subchapter and shall void the permit granted in addition to all other sanctions provided in the subchapter.
