Requests for flow tests on public hydrants shall be submitted in writing to the Division of Engineering Services. The request shall include the location of the test and the flow test fee. Flow tests will be performed by the Division of Water Distribution as time and weather permit. Flow test results are kept on file at the Division of Engineering Services and are typically considered valid for three (3) years from the date of the test.
