§ 74.085 ADDITIONAL REMEDIES; PENALTY.

(A) In addition to the towing provisions set forth in § 74.084 above, any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 74.075 through 74.078, and 74.080 through 74.083 above, shall be fined as set forth in § 74.999 (B)(1).

(B) In addition to the towing provisions set forth in § 74.084 above, any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 74.079 above, shall be fined as set forth in § 73.99(C).
