It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to offer for sale any beverage, food or merchandise, or to offer to provide any service for a price, within the parking areas on the property commonly known as the commuter lots unless they are sponsored, sanctioned, or otherwise licensed by the Village of Tinley Park. Examples of such events include but are not limited to the Farmers' Market, Music in the Plaza, Caribbean Beach Party, Halloween Kiddie Boo Bash, and Holiday Market.
