(A) Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall separately, for each and every such violation or noncompliance respectively, be fined not less than $10 nor more than $500.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 74.200 shall be fined not less than $100, nor more than $750. In addition to the fine provisions set forth in § 74.200 any vehicle which is parked in violation of the provisions of § 74.200 shall be towed at the owner's expense in accordance with law, and appropriate signs shall be posted so indicating. (D) Any person, firm, organization, establishment, and/or corporation violating the terms and provisions of § 74.201, or any rules and/or regulations promulgated hereunder, other than those terms and provisions relating to handicapped parking, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $750. That any person, firm, organization, establishment, and/or corporation violating the terms and provisions of § 74.201, or any rules or regulations promulgated hereunder, relating to handicapped parking and/or the parking spaces or areas designated for the exclsuive use of handicapped persons as defined in §§ 73.02 and 73.03, shall be subject to a fine as provided in § 73.99(C). In addition to the fine provision set forth in this section, any motor vehicle that is parked in violation of the terms and provision of § 74.201, or any rules and/or regulations promulgated hereunder, shall be towed at the owner’s or operator’s expense in accordance with the law, and appropriate signs shall be posted so indicating.
(E) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 74.202 shall be fined not less than $25 (except that violations of § 74.202(A)(5), in regard to handicapped parking, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500. In addition to the fine provisions set forth in this division (E), any vehicle which is parked in violation of the provisions of § 74.202 shall be towed at the owner's expense in accordance with law, and appropriate signs shall be posted so indicating.
