§ 74.079 SPECIAL PARKING AREAS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES; OBSTRUCTION PROHIBITED.

(A) Special parking areas for the exclusive use of persons with disabilities as defined in §§ 73.02 and 73.03 shall be provided on the properties commonly known as the commuter lots.

(B) Appropriate signs shall be posted indicating the parking spaces designated for persons with disabilities as defined in §§ 73.02 and 73.03.

(C) Except for emergency vehicles, it shall be unlawful to park or stand any motor vehicle, or otherwise obstruct any of the special parking areas established by this subchapter for the exclusive use of persons with disabilities as defined in §§ 73.02 and 73.03. The provisions of § 73.14, Unauthorized Use of Parking Places Reserved for Handicapped Persons shall also apply to such spaces provided within the commuter lots.
