(A) Fire lanes as referred to in the "Fire Prevention Code" adopted pursuant to Chapter 95 of this Code of Ordinances, are established in the parking areas on the property commonly known as the commuter lots.
(B) It shall be unlawful to park or stand any motor vehicle or otherwise obstruct any of the fire lanes established by this subchapter. Signs shall be erected where fire lanes are designated, indicating that said fire lane area is a no parking zone.
(C) It shall be unlawful at any time to permit any vehicle to stand or park within 15 feet of a fire hydrant or otherwise obstruct access to said fire hydrant, located in the parking areas on the property commonly known as the commuter lots.
