Penalty | ||
Violation of any section of Ch. 110 shall result in a fine not to exceed $250. Upon conviction of any violation of this ordinance, the court shall also order the defendant to pay any cost, disbursement or fee due as authorized by this Code or as amended. Each day or distinct time period of a violation as described in this ordinance, shall be considered a separate violation, subject to a separate penalty as described in this Code and by resolution. | ||
This resolution also sets a minimum fine of $35 for all adjudicated violations, other than parking violations, where the person cited is found guilty or enters a plea of no contest, to each violation. | ||
