(A) Upon conviction of a violation of this subchapter, the court shall order the defendant to pay any cost, disbursement, fee, fine or penalty authorized by this subchapter or as amended.
(B) Each day or distinct time period of a violation, as described in this subchapter, shall be considered a separate violation, subject to a separate penalty, as described in this subchapter and by resolution. Fees and fines identified in this subchapter shall be set by resolution.
