507.01 UNACCOMPANIED MINORS.
   No minor under the age of eighteen years shall ride in a motor vehicle, including but not limited to passenger vehicles, vans, trucks or motorcycles, or be on the streets or in public places, places of amusement and entertainment, parks, vacant lots or other unsupervised places between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 1:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. This prohibition shall not apply to minors accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person entitled to care and custody of such minor, or when the minor is on an emergency errand directed by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.

507.02 PARENT, GUARDIAN, OR OTHER ADULT PERSON'S RESPONSIBILITIES.
   No parent, guardian or other adult person having the care or custody of any minor under the age of eighteen years shall allow or permit the minor to ride in a motor vehicle or motorcycle, or be on the public streets, other public places, places of amusement and entertainment, vacant lots, parks or other unsupervised places between the hours of 12:01 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and 1:00 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a minor accompanied by a parent, guardian or other person having the care and custody of the minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand directed by a parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
