The Police Department shall cause to be recorded for a six-month period, the name, address and identification of any individual who has received a warning citation. Upon a violation of Sections 507.01 and 507.02 by a minor, parent, guardian or custodian within six months of receiving a warning citation, process shall be issued against the minor, against the parent, guardian or custodian, or all.
