(a) Any parent, guardian, or custodian who is found guilty of a violation of any section of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
(b) Any minor under the age of eighteen years who is determined to be in violation of this chapter shall be proceeded against as may be appropriate under the provisions of Ohio R.C. Chapter 2151.
