166.03  CASH PAYMENTS.
   If, in accordance with Section 166.04, a Participant does not elect to enroll for single or family coverage under the Health Plan, he shall be entitled to receive fifty percent (50%) of the saving to the City for not paying their health insurance premiums, up to a maximum of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each full calendar month in which such election is effective. From time to time, at the start of a Plan Year, the Employer of a Participant may increase or decrease the foregoing dollar amounts, as may be stated in applicable written policies of the Employer or may be required under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement. If, in accordance with Section 166.04, a Participant elects to enroll for single or family coverage under the Health Plan, his entitlement to cash payments under this Plan shall cease and he shall be entitled to such health care benefits as he may enroll for and be entitled to in accordance with the terms of, and subject to all applicable conditions and limitations of, the Health Plan.
