(a) Plan Administrator. The City may designate an individual, corporation or other entity to serve as Plan Administrator. If the City does not so designate an entity or if the City terminates the designation, the City shall assume the duties of the Plan Administrator.
(b) Amendments and Termination. The Plan may be amended periodically in any manner or terminated at any time by ordinance of the City.
