RECREATION AND TOURISM BOARD
§ 31.01 ESTABLISHED.
   Pursuant to the authority set forth in the Charter, there is hereby created in and for the city a board which shall be known as the “Recreation and Tourism Board”, comprised of nine members.

§ 31.02 QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS.
   Each member of the Board shall be a resident citizen of the city, unless this qualification shall be waived by a majority vote of the City Commission, and each member shall be a taxpayer and qualified voter within the city.

§ 31.03 ORGANIZATION; OFFICERS; MEETINGS.
   The members of the Board shall organize and select their own officers and shall hold meetings regularly, at least once a month, and shall designate the time and place of the meeting.

§ 31.04 RULES OF PROCEDURE.
   The Board shall adopt its own rules of procedure for the conduct of its business and shall keep a record of its proceedings.

§ 31.05 QUORUM.
   A simple majority of the members of the Board shall constitute a quorum of the Board for the transaction of its business.
