§ 31.25 PUBLICATION OF RULES, REGULATIONS AND CLASSIFICATION AND SENIORITY LISTS.
   The Commission shall cause to be published in printed, mimeographed or similar form all rules and regulations which may be promulgated by it, and shall so publish classification and seniority lists for each department in the classified service, and these rules and regulations shall be made available upon demand.
