§ 95.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   If any person violates any provision of § 95.028 of this chapter, it shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to a fine in accordance with the general penalties set forth in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (C)   Anyone violating any provision of §§ 95.055 through 95.057 of this chapter by trapping, hunting, shooting, shooting at or molesting any bird or wildfowl or robbing the nests of birds or wildfowl in the corporate limits of the city shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (D)   Failure of the owner or possessor of livestock to register the livestock is an offense under § 95.071 of this chapter. A violator on the first violation shall be issued a warning citation. For subsequent violations, the violation may be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500, upon conviction.

   (E)   (1)   A violator on the first violation of § 95.072(B) of this chapter shall be issued a warning citation. For subsequent violations, the violation may be punishable by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500, upon conviction.
      (2)   Violation of § 95.072(C) of this chapter is punishable by a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $500, upon conviction.

   (F)   An offense under § 95.073 of this chapter is punishable by a fine of not less than $25 and not more than $500, upon conviction.
