The city may require drug and/or alcohol testing for employees of contractors and subcontractors in safety sensitive positions. It is the responsibility of contractors and subcontractors to monitor their employees and to provide competent employees. The city has no responsibility or duty to require drug and/or alcohol testing, however, the city may establish such requirement in the contract documents. (Ord. 2014-08, 8-5-2014)
