1-17-20: CANCELLATION AND REJECTION OF BIDS AND PROPOSALS:

A. The city may cancel an invitation for bids, a request for proposals, or other solicitation or reject any or all bids or proposals, or other solicitation, when it is in the best interests of the city.

B. The reasons for a cancellation or rejection described in subsection A of this section shall be made part of the contract file. (Ord. 2014-08, 8-5-2014)
