3-12-1: ADOPTION OF STATE STATUTE:
A.   Sunset City incorporates herein the provisions set forth in Utah Code, title 11, chapter 6 "Food Truck Licensing and Regulation Act".
B.   All provisions of this local chapter not precluded by the Utah Food Truck Licensing and Regulation Act shall supersede the Act, provided the local regulations do not conflict with the provisions of the Act. (Ord. 2019-03, 7-16-2019)
