9-7-33: PENALTY:

Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. Each and every violation of the provisions of this Chapter shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 11-2-3-71, 5-6-1971; 1997 Code)
