9-6-4: CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS:

All permanent signs permitted by this chapter shall be constructed in accordance with the provisions of the international building code, national electrical code and this section. All signs and sign structures shall be designed, constructed and maintained to resist wind forces as specified in the international building code. (Ord. 2011-02, 3-15-2011)
