9-1-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this title, either by act or omission, or act of commission, shall be deemed guilty of a class B misdemeanor and subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 2005-07, 3-15-2005)
