The city hereby adopts by reference thereto the national electrical code, international electrical code series, as published by the International Code Council. The same is hereby adopted as if fully set out at length herein and the provisions thereof shall be controlling. The code herein referred to shall be the original code specified as the same is amended by the proper officials from time to time so that the national electrical code shall be continuously the current edition of said code, three (3) copies of which are on file in the Sunset City office and open for public inspection and use.
