8-3-2: DEFINITIONS:

Wherever the words "City", "District", "Manager", or similar terms referring to the North Davis County Sewer District or its personnel shall be used, and the context of such usage would be so indicated, such terminology shall refer to the City and/or its comparable personnel functioning within the City government. (Ord. 6-3-1990, 3-6-1990)
