8-2-15: PENALTY:

Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class B misdemeanor and shall be subject to penalty as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1989 Code § 10-1-22, 9-5-1990)
